Expert Family Construction Inc. is Detroit and the surrounding Tri-County area’s Commercial, Industrial and Residential Roofing Specialist. Our owners have been serving our consumers since 1996! Expert Family Construction, now under new management has taken responsibility for all of Substantial Construction Inc. consumer’s warranties standing behind all new roofs completed by Substantial. Our mission is to provide superior service to our consumers while installing quality materials at a competitive price.
History
Founded by Isaac Grant, who grew up in the roofing business. He and his cousin Benjamin Bembry has taken Expert Family Construction Inc. to a new level to provide better service in Southeast Michigan. Isaac’s brother Daniel Grant completes most large jobs for EFC while their smaller jobs are completed by career professionals who have been working with Expert and Substantial for years in Detroit and Southeast Michigan (Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County).
EFC has established itself as a professional Michigan based Roofing company among its peers. Our approach to each roof is with an engineering design attitude looking at the overall function and performance, to ensure that you are aware of the true reason for a roof’s failure. You will be able to make an informed decision with the confidence of knowing that you are in control. Expert Family Construction will discuss and help you understand your current roofing problem. After the roofing problem is determined we will work with you to find out your expectations to ensure we achieved your complete satisfaction.
